Leader of the CI SDP Oliver Ivanović says that there is no doubt that the decision of the court in Colmar is political.
He told RTV KiM that from the beginning of the process he did not believe that Haradinaj’s case will be solved by legal means.
“To me it seems that those deciding in the Court of Colmar cared more about what are the potential safety consequences. It is obvious that the threat with war gave the result,” said Ivanović to RTV KIM.
