EP endorses the resolution for Kosovo (koha.net)

The European Parliament has voted the resolution for Kosovo, which derived based on the yearly report of Rapporteur, Urlike Lunacek.

The Parliament voted with 485 voted for and 94 against

Lunacek stated that non-recognition by the five European Union countries is preventing development of Kosovo, and creates to the citizens of Kosovo the feeling that they are the citizens of the second class, reported RFE.

The Resolution calls for more action on the war against corruption and organized crime.

It also requested from Kosovo endorse the election reform as soon as possible
