U.S. Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson said the association of Serb majority municipalities would be established in accordance with Kosovo laws and the European Charter for Local Self-Government. In an interview for Zvecan-based TV Most Jacobson said Kosovo’s borders are set and that the United States of America support Kosovo as an independent and democratic borders within these borders.
