The current legislation needs to make decision on EULEX mandate and on the Tribunal, in order to be able to dissolve, and lead the country towards early elections. Therefore, the date of the elections will be dictated by the results of the negotiations between Kosovo authorities and the European Union, on these two issues. “We should precede with elections the latest by 15 June. The agenda (planned by PDK and LDK) stresses what should Assembly do before the dissolution, if there are any duties to be completed, and if so, which ones are they,” said LDK Deputy, Arben Gashi.
