By not electing Ombudsperson from Kosovo Assembly it is a sign of institutional instability, says Ombudsperson Officer in Charge, Sami Kurteshi. According to him the majority of complaints in this institution are about the delays in judiciary, different ministries, Pristina municipality and Kosovo police. Kurteshi says that the number of complaints has been raised by 20 percent and main factors are awareness, new laws and general unhappiness of citizens with economic situation.
