The paper’s front-page editorial argues that declaring Kosovo a free economic zone is key to overcoming the great economic crisis. “Dozens of foreign investors have moved their projects to neighboring countries because there is no attractive offer in the Kosovar market. The government and parliament should as soon as possible draft the necessary legislation that enables a free and strong economic zone. Meanwhile, our country needs to improve infrastructure, water supply, electricity and provide guarantees for investment companies,” the editorial adds.
