The Office for Kosovo will do everything it can so that patients in central Kosovo don’t remain without adequate health care. The Office will continue to follow up with information over the grave financial situation in the Gračanica/Graçanicë Health Center, which stalled its operations.
“We’ll initiate talks with representatives from the Ministry of Health and other authorities responsible for solving this matter, and we’ll offer assistance in providing medicine and all necessary material for each patient’s treatment,” reads the statement.
The Office for Kosovo will assist in finding a solution in order for patients to be able to receive full medical treatment. A meeting will be held today at 13:00. The lack of medicine, sanitation materials and fuel for emergency rescue services jeopardizes the health of around 30,000 people in central Kosovo.
