According to Koha Ditore, the following members of the ROSU special operations unit are accused by EULEX prosecutor Natasha Vicari for beating 10 of the Serbian Minister Aleksandar Vulin’s bodyguards: Gani Konjuhi, Sabit Sadiku, Naim Durmishi, Sevdaim Abdulahu , Nexhmedin Zahitija, Jeton Ramadani, Nexhat Shabani, Xhafer Hiseni, Vesel Kerçeli, Zejnel Salihu, and Ilmi Rexhepi.

Two of them are accused of threatening the bodyguards with pistols and forcing them to their knees and to admit that they ‘are in the independent Republic of Kosovo’.

Eleven ROSU police officers are being held as suspects for violating the professional service, maltreating, intimidation and insulting the dignity of the bodyguards of the Serbian Minister without portfolio Aleksandar Vulin.

Ten persons who supposedly were escorting Aleksandar Vulin were arrested last year in Gračanica/Graçanicë on the Orthodox Christmas Day and held in detention overnight.
