Experts from the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning, Ministry for Local Government and those from Mitrovica North and South, will meet on Tuesday in Pristina. The news was confirmed for Radio Free Europe by the Minister for Environment and Urban Planning, Dardan Gashi. He stressed that the intention of this meeting is to find a solution for the two municipalities, after the created situation there with the reconstruction of the barricade at the so-called “Peace Park” at the main bridge of River Iber/Ibar, as well as the start of construction of “Tsar Lazar” square, which affects the bridge that connects the two municipalities.
“We will try to find a solution for both communities and municipalities regarding the bank of River Iber/Ibar, at the level of experts,” said Gashi.
