President Jahjaga stated that she is dedicated that Kosovo’s approach to justice is to be comprehensive and that investigations stemming from the Council of Europe’s report are not an attempt to judge Kosovo’s collective battle for liberation and freedom, but to investigate alleged individual crimes.

President Jahjaga assured Mr. Williamson that Kosovo is determined to face and address these accusations through a credible process and will fulfil its obligations with responsibility and dignity in order to conclude this chapter which, according to her, will strengthen Kosovo’s position internationally.
