(All monitored broadcasters, KTV&TV21)

Leaders of the LDK-AAK-Nisma bloc met again on Thursday. They called for respect of Constitution and said that the Constitutional Court should take a correct decision, respecting the will of the majority of MPs at the Assembly.

Isa Mustafa said that voting in favour of him as Assembly Speaker has confirmed that the bloc has the majority at the Assembly.

“Constitutional Court can take any decision, but it is the MPs those that take the final one,” Mustafa said.

Meanwhile, Ramush Haradinaj said that leaders of this bloc knew from the start that they will face PDK’s regime.

The nominated person for Prime Minister by the post-elections coalition LDK-AAK-Nisma, Ramush Haradinaj, reacted after the reports that a war crimes indictment can be filed against him.

Serbian media, Danas and Kurir, reported on Thursday that AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj is among the ones that are to be charged by the Special Prosecutor Clint Williamson.

Commenting these reports, Haradinaj said that same as statements made by the Council for Defence of Human Rights and Freedoms (CDHRF), which were sponsored by Hashim Thaçi, these reports are also sponsored by him.

Kosovo minister of communities and return Dalibor Jevtic condemned repeated stoning of Serb returnee Bogosav Dabizljevic in Klinë/Klina. Jevtic said that attack against Serbs in fact is an attack against the process of returns.

He called on institutions responsible to identify and punish perpetrators of this act.

Ivanovic: I will prove my innocence

(TV21, RTK2)

“I am absolutely certain that I will prove my innocence, but, until then, I have to pay a high price,” Oliver Ivanovic told Serbian daily Vecernje Novosti.

Ivanovic considers allegations that he took part in committing crimes against Albanians in 1999 completely senseless, as, at the time of these crimes he was in Prishtinë/Pristina and used to work with many Albanians.

Almost 400 domestic violence cases in Kosovo per year

(KTV)

Almost 400 domestic violence cases are marked during a year in Kosovo. There were about 1.000 such cases in 2012 and in almost 800 of them victims were women.

“These are the statistics, but behind these statistics we have people in families, whose lives have been disturbed in the worst way possible through domestic violence which was exercised,” said Gaby Hagmuler of the European Union Office in Kosovo (EUOK).

Hagmuler added that Kosovo has marked some progress in this regard.

On Thursday, the EUOK presented a handbook compiled with data from the field, which present the ordinary problems that women face when trying to distance themselves away from violence.
