After the negative response of the representatives of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), and Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), who stated that they would not attend the meeting scheduled by Flora Brovina, the later stated that if the parties of the opposition coalition do not attend the meeting, she will not call the Assembly session.
In an announcement for Indeksonline, Brovina made it clear that she does not plan to call deputies for the continuance of the constitutive session, without prior agreement of party leaders.
“I have invited them for Thursday and I will be waiting until Thursday. They may be wrong; I will not call the session without an agreement with them. This is illogical. We are discussing with Serbs, who killed us, why not discuss with Albanians? This does not make sense. We will only talk about continuance of a session, nothing else,” said Brovina.
She reminded the Block that she has the support of the Constitutional Court to call the session, and its ruling that she did not violate the Constitution.
