KTV editor-in-chief Adriatik Kelmendi writes that Kosovo needs substantial changes in several areas and that on the eve of the seventh anniversary of the declaration of independence and fifteen years liberation many things should no longer be tolerated when the functioning of the state is at stake. “Kosovo has stagnated deeply in many areas and is now ranked last both in the region and Europe. Therefore, whoever forms the new government, they will have to execute many tasks with absolute urgency in order to be successful and if we don’t want Kosovo to fail as a state. Without work, commitment, vision and seriousness by the future institutions of Kosovo, it will be difficult to achieve progress.”
