The dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia will resume with the meeting between Isa Mustafa, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, and Aleksandar Vucic, the Prime Minister of Serbia, in Brussels on 8-9 February. The establishment of the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities is expected to be the main topic of the meeting. According to Belgrade-based Vecernje Novosti, the two prime ministers will also discuss the properties of Serbs in Kosovo, creation of conditions for IDP returns and the judiciary. Ljubomir Maric, Kosovo’s Minister for Local Government, said that an agreement was reached for the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities to be established in the next five months.
