Agreements signed in Brussels, in particular the one on the establishment of Community/Association of Serbian municipalities, are a big thing and will be “powerful instrument” of Serbs in Kosovo, said political analyst Dusan Janjic. He said that he expects the ZSO to start with its work until March.
Janjic believes that the ZSO is “a useful tool that allows you, if you know how to use it, certain advantages over the rest of Kosovo.”
Janjic said that a great job has been done with the yesterday’s agreement, and the ZSO is a powerful instrument, said Janjic.
“It has no executive power and those who are obsessed with the executive power will say that we have lost, but I think this is a maximum we could get at this moment,” Janjic is convinced.
