The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić  expects the statute of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities to be accomplished until the end of the year and that Brussels Agreement is finally implemented.

Despite numerous obstructions the A/CSM will be created until the spring time 2016 the latest, said Đurić during his recent visit to southern Serbian province.

“A/CSM is not against any nation. All communities will benefit from the A/CSM, whereas the state will fund education and health institutions in municipalities that will form the community,” said Đurić .

“Albanian politicians are trying to spread invented threat from the A/CSM, seen only by them,” said Đurić, and added that Albanian and Serbian nations have future and that they can be successful only through cooperation.

“Everyone that scares Albanian nation with the Community of Serb municipalities is not doing favor to Albanian nation, because in that way the messages is sent which makes them more distant from each other,” explained Đurić, and stressed that jobs and homes are most important preconditions for people to return and live in Kosovo and Metohija.
