Kosovo’s Deputy Minister of Local Government Administration, Bajram Gecaj, said on Monday that the border between Kosovo and Montenegro should be determined by professionals, “based on arguments rather than excited politicians and led by the narrow interests of political purposes”. He wrote on social media that people must learn to separate the issues of national interest from those of daily politics.
