The head of the parliamentary group of the Serbian List Slavko Simić points that the Kosovo Assembly adopted another law, that is detrimental to the interests of the Serbian nation and Serbian property in Kosovo.

Simić told Tanjug that a law on strategic investments was adopted, which, he explained, fully enables the Kosovo Government to freely dispose of property that had previously identified as the ownership of the state or the society.

– This law allows the government of Kosovo to freely dispose of property of the Republic of Serbia, Serbian Orthodox Church and the property of Serbian companies, and Serbian communities in Kosovo and Metohija – underlined Simić.

He said that the Serbian political representatives demanded talks on the property and have insisted on talks about it in Brussels, and that the Serbian government has insisted the same.

Simić believes that there are still chances for the talk about property.

– Tomorrow, the day after tomorrow at the latest, we will file an appeal to the Constitutional Court for the Act of Trepča, and then the law on strategic investments. Caucus has prepared a constitutional complaint with the legal team – said Simić.
