A house set on fire in the returnee village of Siga, near Peć/Pejë (Kontakt plus radio)

In returnee village of Siga, near Peć/Pejë on Sunday morning a house of the late Ratko Jašević was set on fire.

The Ministry of Returns and Communities announced that no one was injured but considerable damage has been made.

– Arson of the home can be understood as pressure on Serb returnees to move out from their estates, as well as to those who plan to return to Kosovo to abandon the idea  – announced the Kosovo Ministry for Return noting to a number of unsolved cases of attacks on Serbs in returnee communities in Kosovo and their property.
