SRSG Tanin conveys his best wishes during the holiday season
PRISTINA – I would like to share my best wishes with the people of Kosovo during this holiday season. The end of the year is a unique time during which we can reflect on our blessings with those close to us, express solidarity with those who have experienced injustice and hardship, and reaffirm our commitment to make further progress for all in the coming year.
2016 has been a year of challenges and successes in Kosovo and in the world. I hope that we can jointly build on the positive steps undertaken this year and continue to take steps forward in 2017.
In the spirit of this festive season, please allow me to, once more, extend my warmest wishes to all for a happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful new year.
