Kosovo’s Principal Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Behxhet Pacolli said the delays on the report of the European Council on Kosovo occurred due to the holidays. He however expressed conviction that the report on Kosovo will be positive. “I am convinced that it will be published this week. There was a short delay due to the holidays at the end of the month. The report will be positive,” Pacolli said.
Positive report of the European Commission can contribute on opening way to visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
Kosovo people continue to be the only ones in Europe that cannot travel in Schengen zone without visas.
