Kosovo Assembly Speaker, Kadri Veseli, said he was hopeful that the European Commission will come out with a positive recommendation on visa liberalisation for Kosovo. “Citizens of Kosovo and its institutions expect a positive recommendation for the fact that there has been progress and technical criteria have been implemented. We have signals that the recommendation will be positive,” Veseli said. “We believe that by the end of the year our citizens will be able to travel freely. We believe in the European Union. We are Europeans,” he added.
