Leaders of the opposition coalition, Isa Mustafa (LDK), Ramush Haradinaj (AAK) and Fatmir Limaj (NISMA) will meet today at 12:00. A source within the coalition confirmed the meeting and said that leaders would discuss details about their government program. The source also said that coalition leaders will also meet Serb MPs today. “During the day there will also be a meeting with MPs from the Serbian List. We will discuss the government program with them too,” the source added.

Although still it is not in sight which party could form a new government of Kosovo, minority political parties put forward their demands, in return for the support to the future government. If it wants the support of the Serbian List, the future Kosovo government will have to make some concessions. "It is necessary to annul the privatization in Serbian areas, and to implement it in a different way, compared to the rest of Kosovo. It is essential to form the Community of Serbian Municipalities, as soon as possible.

Serbian List, in order to qualify for taking part in 8 June elections, registered as a political entity with the Kosovo Central Election Commission (CEC) and ran in elections that were organised in accordance to Kosovo laws. To gain legitimacy, the new Kosovo MPs have to be sworn in during the first session of the Assembly and sign an oath. All the above procedures were respected by the Serbian List and they can only mean that this political entity recognizes Kosovo.

Although MPs of the Serbian List supported the coalition gathered around Ramush Haradinaj in the Assembly, they might not support Haradinaj for the formation of a government.   The Serbian list has not yet proposed a candidate for Vice President of the Assembly, which, according to the leader of the list, Branimir Stojanovic means that Haradinaj could lose the support of the Serbs in the formation of the government. Despite the praise of official Belgrade and Ramush Haradinaj at the expense of the Serbian List (since it made possible election of Mustafa for Parliament speaker), political analyst Dusan Janjic commented that the "involvement of Serbian representatives in problems of the Albanian majority is not a clever move". "What the Serbian list will do if in Kosovo Assembly will be formed the new majority? Or, if the position of the international community will be that members of the Kosovo government cannot be directed by Belgrade?

The president of the parliamentary group of the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanović, said after the constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo that the Serbian List showed "its strength and constructivism." "As a political entity in the parliament of Kosovo we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to contribute to the work of the Assembly as it was the case today, when our MP presided over Assembly session," said Jablanović. He added that those who have the majority to form the Government can count on the Serbian List as a safe and reliable partner.

A member of the Central Election Commission, Nenad Rikalo said that the appeal of the Serbian List, related to the distribution of mandates is not considered, because the Supreme Court and the Panel of Appeals noted that it is not within their job description.  Rikalo said that at the extraordinary session of the Central Election Commission were certified results of early parliamentary elections, held on 8 June.

The only Serbian representative in the future Kosovo Assembly, who speaks Albanian language, is Nenad Rasic, the leader of Progressive Democratic Party (PDS). On the other side none of nine MPs from the Serbian List speak Albanian language. Since Serbian is an official language, when Albanian MPs will address the Assembly, Serbian MPs will have to listen simultaneous translation.
