B92 portal reported that Ivan Todosijevic said that Pristina aim was to intimidate Kosovo Serbs by organized attacks and fabricated indictments, along with other forms of pressure.

"That is why this indictment does not present personal assault but an assault on the Serbs in general, primarily in the north of Kosovo and Metohija", Ivan Todosijevic, member of the Serbian List leadership says, commenting on the indictment that Pristina authorities had raised against him as a consequence of his denial of ''Racak massacre''.

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric said the arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic and indictment against Ivan Todosijevic are messages to the Serbs that any their resistance is hopeless, given that even local Serb leaders cannot avoid Pristina’s highhandedness.

Srpska Lista (SL) said today that Pristina by raising indictment against former Kosovo Minister of Local Self-Governance Administration Ivan Todosijevic over his statement on Racak continues pressure on the Serbian population in the north of Kosovo, BETA news agency reports.

SL said that “Pristina has raised an indictment and once more demonstrated the force and institutional violence in order to discipline the Serbian people.”

“I would like to warn Pristina that Serbian people will not allow the ethnic cleansing of Serb political representatives through the use of institutional pressure and violence and with the aim of subjugating and decapitating the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija,“ Srpska Lista Chair Goran Rakic stated, reacting to the news that the Kosovo Special Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation into statements made by Ivan Todosijevic, a member of Srpska Lista and recently dismissed Minister of Local Government Administration.

Former Kosovo Minister and member of the Serbian List Ivan Todosijevic told Zvecan based TV Most that he expected such a sequence of events after the dismissal of Minister Rikalo.

KoSSev portal reported that following the report of Voice of America on Vesna Mikic being deposed of her function as Kosovo Deputy Minister of Justice because of her comment on NATO bombing of the-then Federal Republic Yugoslavia, while there was no reaction to the similar statement that Ivan Todosijevic, the Minister of Local Self-Governance Administration has made, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj deposed Minister Todosijevic of his function today.

According to numerous reports it is not a rare occurrence that women in Kosovo are discriminated against in many areas of social life, while the attitude of some employers or heads of the institutions toward women is different comparing to the one toward the men. One of the latest examples is a dismissal of Vesna Mikic as Deputy Minister of Justice, Voice of America reports.

The Management team for the establishment of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO) met today with the Minister of Local Government Administration in the Kosovo government, Ivan Todosijevic, and informed him about the current work on the draft of the ZSO Statute, reports Radio Television of Serbia.

The work on the Statute of the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) runs smoothly, and as for the Management Team, the Statute can be completed as planned, until August, says the Minister of Local Self-Government in the Pristina's Institutions Ivan Todosijevic for Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti.

He notes that although he is the responsible minister, the Brussels agreements do not leave space for him to insist on seeing the text of the statute before it is presented in a high-level dialogue.

Members of the Management Team for the establishment of Association/Community of Serb-Majority Municipalities met today in Mitrovica North with outgoing Minister of Local Self-governance and Administration, Ivan Todosijevic, KIM Radio reported.
