Hoxhaj: We have no evidence to raise indictment in Ivanovic’s case (RTS)

Kosovo Special Prosecutor Syle Hoxhaj told Pristina-based Lajmi there is not yet evidence to raise the indictment in the case of Oliver Ivanovic’s murder. He noted the process of gathering evidence is still ongoing.

“We still have nothing new, we are conducting investigation, undertaking necessary procedural steps, and that is all. We still did not raise indictment, we are still gathering all evidence for the indictment,” Hoxhaj said.

UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has neither confirmed nor denied the information that international arrest warrant has been issued for Srpska Lista Deputy Chair, Milan Radojicic under suspicion of involvement in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

Asked by Voice of America if it is true that the international arrest warrant was issued through UNMIK, Spokesperson of the Mission Sanam Dolatshahi said communications between UNMIK and Pristina authorities regarding Interpol, as well as between UNMIK and Interpol is confidential.

Djuric reacts to arrest warrant for Radojicic, indictment against Todosijevic (RTS)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric said the arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic and indictment against Ivan Todosijevic are messages to the Serbs that any their resistance is hopeless, given that even local Serb leaders cannot avoid Pristina’s highhandedness.

“Institutions should do their job and the most important is that the murderer of Oliver Ivanovic, whoever it might be, faces the justice,” Deputy leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) Ksenija Bozovic said commenting on the media reports regarding international arrest warrant issued for Milan Radojicic, RTV KIM reports.

Bozovic also noted she heard about the alleged international arrest warrant from the media, however she has no details.

Jokanovic: Question is if Interpol would accept what was issued (Radio KIM)

Following the media reports that Pristina has issued an international arrest warrant for Srpska Lista Deputy Chair, Milan Radojicic, his lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic in a phone statement to RTV KIM said that anyone can issue a warrant, however the question is would Interpol accept it or not.

Jokanovic also said he has not been officially informed about issuing an arrest warrant against his client. “I am not informed if it was issued, therefore I would rather not comment until I receive any information.”
