The Office of Federica Mogherini, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, issued a press release which informs about this morning's informal meeting with the Presidents Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia and Hashim Thaçi of Kosovo, held in Brussels.
Political analyst Dušan Janjić told RTK2 that a meeting at the presidential level in Brussels is of great importance for the normalization of relations.
In a statement for RTK2, Janjić estimated that no concrete decisions will be made at a meeting Thaçi- Vučić. He said that several months of “serious adaptation to this new format" will be needed for the political dialogue of the president of Serbia and Kosovo.

Belgrade and Pristina negotiating teams to be led by the presidents in the future, if both sides agree, Večernje Novosti learns in Brussels.
The Cabinet of the High Representative, Federica Mogherini so far several times has repeated that it depends from the participants of the dialogue who will sit in their teams, when it comes to foreign advisors or persons with whom the other party would not want to negotiate. The same applies and about changing the level of dialogue.
Most online media in Kosovo and Serbia reported on an interview of Tirana based Top Chanel with Ramush Haradinaj, candidate for Prime Minister, saying that when it comes to Kosovo-Serbia talks there is one condition and that is Belgrade’s recognition of Kosovo’s independence. He further argued that the framework of talks was wrong because it focused on Kosovo’s internal arrangements.

President Aleksandar Vucic said this on Monday, a day after early parliamentary elections in Kosovo.

President Aleksandar Vucic met on Thursday in Belgrade with EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, reports Belgrade based B92.
Vucic thanked Hahn for his dedication to the process of enlargement, and said several important tasks were ahead of Serbia.

The daily recalls that the strongly-worded discussion occurred behind the scenes, after the Kosovo president addressed the gathering and said, among other things, that Serbia is "not ready for the EU because it does not recognize Kosovo."
