Vecernje Novosti: Albanian plan to cut off north (Serbian media)

There is no Western plan for Kosovo, no coordinated proposal by the members of the Quint and no 11-point plan, US Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott told Belgrade-based daily Blic today.

According to Blic, claims have appeared in the public about the countries of the so-called Quint – the US, Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy – adopted a developed plan to pressure and blackmail Serbia in order to achieve full independence for Kosovo and separate Serbia from Russia.

Some US plan for Kosovo exists after all? (B92)

There has been an increasing number of allegations in the media recently that Serbia had been presented with a plan for Kosovo, either verbally or in writing. Each of them, although in different ways, suggests that Serbia on the road to membership in the European Union should agree to recognize Kosovo, or at least accept that Kosovo be given a chair in the United Nations. Meeting dialogue held on Belgrade-Pristina in US – reports (Tanjug, B92)

Representatives of the US, the UK, France, Italy and Germany are in Washington for talks on the the final stage of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. Pristina-based Albanian language daily Gazeta Express said it has learned this. A source told the newspaper that representatives of the five most powerful Western countries have gathered in Washington to hold consultations on the talks between Belgrade and Pristina. At these consultations, Europeans are represented by political directors for the Balkans, and the US side also has representatives at that level from the State Department.

Drecun: Management Team for ZSO Statute contrary to agreement (TV N1, Danas)
