Three Serbs, arrested at the Jarinje crossing point on 22 October, bus driver and two more persons are set free pending trial, KIM Radio reported.
They were arrested on the day of the Kosovo local elections, after two bombs with detonators were found in a bus, transporting displaced Serbs to vote in Kosovo.
Lawyer, Ljubomir Pantovic told Kontakt plus radio that the Basic Court in Mitrovica accepted the guarantees and set Serbs free pending trial.
Srpska Lista candidate, Bozidar Dejanovic is a new mayor of Klokot municipality, the Kosovo Central Election Commission confirmed to the SRNA news agency.
The statement was made, following count of the so-called conditional and by-mail ballots.
According to SRNA, Dejanovic won 22 votes more, and his opponent Strahinja Spasic won 2 votes, which made total 1042 votes for Dejanovic and 1032 votes for Spasic.
With Dejanovic’s result, Srpska Lista achieved victories in all 10 Serb-majority municipalities, Blic daily reported.

The key factors for performance in Sunday’s mayoral runoff elections were candidate choice, local coalitions, campaign and media rhetoric, and rural-urban polarization.
The leader of the Vetevendosje Movement, Visar Ymeri, said today during a press conference that his political party has offered transport to those that he claimed to be identified as Vetevendosje voters. “Of course we identify our voters and these voters accept to be called on election day and be offered by Vetevendosje whatever service they want. This Sunday we also offered transport to those who were not able to acquire it." He added that voters requested their services.
Despite instances of aggressive campaigning, election day was overall calm and orderly, said EU election observers in the preliminary report on Kosovo’s mayoral runoffs.
“These were highly competitive elections,” said Alojz Peterle, Chief Observer of the European Union Election Observation Mission to Kosovo, EUEOM, at the publication of the mission’s preliminary report on the second round of mayoral elections.
The campaigning atmosphere and voting process was, overall, calm and orderly, he said. Counting of the ballots was also mostly efficient and transparent.
The European Union Election Observation Mission for Kosovo local elections 2017, presented today the report on the election runoff held last Sunday. They assessed that despite some problems, the elections were successful.
Head of the EU Observation Mission, Alojz Peterle, said that EU observers noticed that there were tensions in Gjakova/Djakovic and Mitrovica municipalities. He added that Central Election Commission should see to the procedures that should be followed for these cases.

According to the preliminary results of the Central Election Commission (CEC), the candidate of the Serbian List Strahinja Spasic has won, a candidate for whom the Office for Kosovo and Metohija claimed that he had given up his candidacy, NMagazin writes by quoting portal Komentarpress.
According to CIK data, 1,030 voters voted for Strahinja Spasic, and 1,020 voters for his opponent Bozidar Dejanovic.
Who would be a new mayor of Klokot, Strahinja Spasic or Bozidar Dejanovic would be known after the counting of all the ballots, Serbian media reported today.
Meanwhile, Dragan Petkovic is a new mayor of the Partes municipality.
Officially, there were two candidates running for the mayor of Klokot municipality. Strahinja Spacic as Srpska Lista candidate and Bozidar Dejanovic as a candidate of a Civic Initiative Klokot-Vrbovac.
