Vucic meets Srpska Lista representatives, Milan Radoicic also present in meeting (KoSSev)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met on Friday with Srpska Lista (SL) representatives in Raska, including SL deputy-chair, Milan Radoicic, KoSSev portal reports.

Radoicic has made few public appearances since he avoided arrest by the special Kosovo police forces in Mitrovica North on November 23, last year. The Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo has issued a warrant for his arrest on the suspicion of involvement in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

Milan Radoicic’s case in legal vacuum due to unresolved relations between Belgrade and Pristina (Insajder, KoSSev)

The Vice-President of Srpska Lista, Milan Radoicic, who is being investigated by the Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office regarding his involvement in Oliver Ivanovic’s murder, organized crime and drug trafficking, and would be arrested if he returned to Kosovo, has passed polygraph testing in central Serbia and is moving freely, KoSSev portal reports.

This is possible because the investigative and judicial authorities of Serbia and Kosovo are not cooperating at a practical level, nor do they have mechanisms that would allow them to cooperate directly.

New criminal charges against Radoicic raised (KIM Radio, Insajder)

In addition of being suspected of involvement in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, criminal charges for organized crime and narcotics trade were also raised against Srpska Lista Deputy Chair, Milan Radoicic. Kosovo Special Prosecutor Syle Hoxha told Insajder.

Few days earlier, lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic also told Insajder he has made a request to the Kosovo prosecution to interview his client, Milan Radoicic in central Serbia.

Meanwhile, Hoxha said Radoicic can only be interviewed in the territory of Kosovo, Radio KIM reported.

“What has been done so far in Serbia, points out to complete innocence of Milan Radoicic and there was no his involvement in that,” long-term Pristina lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic, told RTV KIM show “Dogovor,” in relation to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic. Jokanovic earlier announced he is “a future defense lawyer” of Radoicic “in case he is brought before the justice,” KoSSev portal reports.

Jokanovic said “that the investigation has done a lot in Serbia.” Responding to moderator’s remark “how come we know almost nothing about it,” he said, “and to know what?”

Rada Trajkovic: Radoicic, if he surrenders, could become protected witness (Radio KIM)

Commenting on the media reports that Milan Radoicic has hired a lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic, Rada Trajkovic believes in case he decides to surrender, Radoicic could become a protected witness in the process of resolving the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, Radio KIM reports.

She went on saying there are indications that Radoicic would surrender, and it is shown by a sudden visit of Marko Djuric to the north of Kosovo and “disturbance of Srpska Lista.”

“Lawyer Jokanovic to defend Radoicic” (KoSSev, RTV KIM)

Long-term Pristina lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic said for RTV KIM show “Dogovor” he would be a defense lawyer of Milan Radoicic if Kosovo bodies bring him in and initiate a court proceeding related to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, KoSSev portal reports.

“I am the future defense lawyer of Milan Radoicic, if he is brought before the justice,” Jokanovic said, adding he has a note of authorization.

Asked whether Radoicic requested that from him personally, Jokanovic responded it has been agreed already.

“Give single evidence and we will arrest Radoicic” (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told opposition which is alleging Milan Radoicic is a murderer to go to the police if they have evidence for their claims, Tanjug news agency reports.

He added in that case Radoicic would be immediately arrested.

“Just provide a single evidence, not empty stories (…). No one wants to hide a murderer. I hope there would be swift progress in this case, so we can see at the end who was telling the truth and who did not,” Vucic said.

 

“Radoicic did not kill Ivanovic, he is the one they wanted to kill” (B92, BETA, RTS)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told RTS, the Serbian state and the police with certainty can claim that Milan Radoicic did not kill the leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice, Oliver Ivanovic.

Vucic added, Radoicic was interrogated in Belgrade and it has been confirmed that he did not take part in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

“He accepted and passed polygraph test, I will not talk about other things. He did not murder him, neither participated in logistic nor helping anything else (related to the murder),” Vucic underlined.

“If the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija are wondering where I am, I will only tell them I am close and that I am waiting and watching, because none of us are backing down and the victory will be ours in the end, with no doubt,“ Srpska Lista conveyed the words of its Vice-President, Milan Radoicic in a press release, which was not sent to KoSSev, the portal reports

However, Milan Radoicic confirmed himself the authenticity of this press release in a short statement for KoSSev: „Personally mine,“ – he said.

Searched house in ownership of Milan Radojcic (Politika, RTS)

Politika reports, citing Pristina's Gazeta Express, that KBS allegedly conducted a search of the house owned by Milan Radojcic and added that Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha refused to confirm this.

Daily says that the search was carried out on the orders of the prosecution, and within the action in which four Serbs were arrested this morning, three in connection with the murder of Oliver Ivanovic in January this year, and one for interfering with the investigation - according to the Kosovo police.
