Djuric added he is proud of the unity of Serbian List and Serbian people, stressing that in difficult and uncertain times, the unity of Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija was reached. He pointed out “it will not be allowed that the north of KiM is not in Serbia,” and that “we will remain persistent and united”.

Six months since the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, his colleagues, family members and true friends still have no information from the investigation related to his murder, Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) said in a press statement.

“Allegedly everybody is working on something, prosecution in Belgrade and prosecution in Pristina. They claim a number of witnesses was interviewed, but, yet we remain unfamiliar about any detail,” press statement further said.

Mitrovica North Municipal Assembly did not consider a petition submitted by CI Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) at its session on Friday afternoon, as earlier announced by the Serbian media, due to “technical reasons.”

Municipal Assembly Chairperson, Dejan Guresic told this Danas daily, adding that a street would be named after Ivanovic, at the next session, which is not scheduled yet.
