Odalović: One should check information about the mass grave (KiM radio)

President of the Serbian Government Commission for Missing Persons Veljko Odalović considers that the information about a mass graves near the Temple of Christ the Saviour, and which director of the Office of Forensic Medicine in the Kosovo Justice Ministry revealed, must be checked.  "This is information that we need to check, but one cannot give such statements without the evidence. We have cooperation with the Pristina delegation, and we jointly check all locations.

"We expect continuation of the search for the bodies of the missing" (Kossev)

President of the Government Commission for Missing Persons Veljko Odalovic said he expected the continuation of the search of multiple locations for which there was information to contain the bodies of Serbs and non-Albanians killed during the armed conflict in Kosovo.

He also noted that there was no request from Pristina side which had not been met, for the search of locations in central Serbia, which might possibly contain the bodies of Kosovo Albanians and added that it will be so in the future.

Odalovic: Serbia and Albania could be pillar of stability (RTS, NMagazin, Blic)

Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Veljko Odalovic has stated that it was important for Serbia and Albania to devote to the recent events in Kumanovo, FYROM and that these two countries could be a pillar of stability in the region.

Odalovic told the RTS that the visit takes place at a delicate moment, but it would be important that Serbia and Albania deal primarily with the events in Kumanovo.

The Special Court is a painful issue for Albanians, because for the first time they will face an international court which will judge the crimes against Serbs and other non-Albanians, told TV KIM Veljko Odalovic, Chairman of the Commission for Missing Persons of the Government of Serbia.

Odalovic says that Albanians have to understand that Kosovo institutions would not be tried, but the crime that was committed against about 3,500 people.
