Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti reports that Kadri Veseli, at the beginning of his speech at the Kosovo Assembly's extraordinary session on the dialogue with Serbia, said that Kosovo has one enemy and that is Serbia and only one president who is against the independence of Kosovo, the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

The daily reports that Veseli said he would rather talk about the process of visa liberalization today, but that he advocates for an adoption of a common resolution.

According to Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti the announced special economic package of the Government of Serbia for 'the rebirth of Serb communities in Kosovo, is worth as much as 4.5 billion dinars.

This ''capital plan'' will be discussed Tuesday in a joint session of the Government with Serb leaders from the territory of Kosovo, which will be attended and by President Aleksandar Vucic.

Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti writes on Wednesday that the UK, USA, France and Sweden are trying to keep any story about Kosovo, including Pristina's steps towards the formation of an 'army', away from the UN Security Council.

According to the daily, these four countries try to prevent including of the discussion on Kosovo' situation into agenda of the next session of the Council, scheduled for 8th November.

Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti reports today on the visit of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic to Moscow and his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The daily writes that the Russian Federation and Putin personally will continue to strongly support the territorial integrity of Serbia and its diplomatic fight for Kosovo in all international institutions, including the UN, while at the same time encouraging the position of military neutrality and autonomy in Serbia's decision-making.

The UN Security Council will in November discuss UN secretary-general's reports about Kosovo, writes Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti.

According to the newspaper, China returned the reports to the agenda of the Security Council, that will take over the body's presiding in November.
The article also specifies that two reports on Kosovo filed by UN chief António Guterres will be considered - covering the period from April 16 to July 15, and another from mid-July to mid-October.

Today's edition of Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti writes that there is less chance of fulfilling the Brussels plan to end the negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina before the beginning of 2019, the article adds that Serbia does not adhere to a dictated solution and that the discussion about demarcation is not a taboo topic any more.

Negotiations on Kosovo under the auspices of the EU have yielded no results, without US, Russia and China it is impossible to achieve a viable and applicable compromise between Belgrade and Pristina, said Minister of Innovation and Technological Development Nenad Popovic, adding that the issue of Kosovo slowly returns to the Security Council of the UN, the Serbian media reported.

Serbian Minister of Interior Nebojsa Stefanovic told Belgrade based Vecernje Novosti that Kosovo, in accordance with international law, including UN Security Council Resolution 1244, is an integral part of Serbia under the interim international administration of the UN.
