Head of Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA) national council and party co-founder, Jakup Krasniqi, said in a Facebook post that now is not the right time to oppose the specialist chambers. Instead, now is the time to confront “Zeus’ lightning bolts” no matter how scorching they are.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, replied on his Facebook page to the accusations of the former Assembly President, Jakup Krasniqi, presented today in an opinion piece published in the media, regarding the Agreement on demarcation of the border with Montenegro.

Former Assembly Speaker and current head of the National Council at the Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA) political party, Jakup Krasniqi, stated that witnesses can be protected also in Kosovo and that this is not an essential reason to establish a special court. His statement came as a response to the announcement of the Human Rights Watch Executive Director Kenneth Roth that the special court has to establish being that witnesses are not protected in Kosovo.
