President of the newly formed Statehood Movement, and former high official of the Democratic Party of Serbia, Serbia Slobodan Samardzic believes that incumbent Serbian leadership will make the ‘latest 100th step’, under the pressure of Brussels, and recognize independent Kosovo.

While most Kosovo leaders officially claim that they don’t support ‘great Albania’, judging by the displayed flags in Kosovo, the old ‘project’ seemingly became a legitimate and indisputable. The feature which presents a direct attack on Serbian territories, but sovereignty of Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece too, is not a matter of an individual presenting his own political view any more, after the flag of ‘great Albania’ was displayed on the official institutions in Deçan/Dečani last week.

Everything that appeared these days about EULEX is neither a news nor surprise for us, says Mayor of Leposavić/Leposaviq and member of the Steering Board for Implementation of the Brussels Agreement, Dragan Jablanovic. He went on to say that it’s been half a year now since they have pointed out numerous misuses of the part of EULEX, particularly the prosecution, but no one was willing to listen to them.

Family Jovanovic from village Preoce in Gračanica/Graçanica Municipality has sent more than 50 letters so far to different addresses of the EU mission in Kosovo, including the Head of EULEX, where they presented their suspicion on corruption since their property case has been dragged by courts for more than six years now. “Behavior of EULEX, in the course of our struggle to preserve our property, leads us believe in claims presented by the EULEX prosecutor Maria Bamieh.

The Chairman of the Committee of the Assembly of Serbia for Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun said there is a real fear that the scandal over corruption related to the EULEX mission will be suppressed, due to many interwoven interests of various countries in this mission in Kosovo.
