Brussels based correspondent of the paper, Augustin Palokaj, criticizes the government of Kosovo for not being serious on its promises.

Representatives of Kosovo Serbs assessed that visit of the Serbian Prime Minister Vucic to Kosovo on Sunday serves as an important benchmark showing that Belgrade will never abandon Serbs in Kosovo.

The President of the Centre for Foreign Policy, Aleksandra Joksimovic says that it is important, for both Belgrade and Pristina, to find responsible for the bomb attack on a facility in Zubin Potok, on the eve of the SNS rally and the speech of PM Aleksandra Vucic.  Resolving the attack, according to her, is in the interest of all - in Kosovo and in Belgrade.

An attacker threw a hand grenade and fired shots outside a sports hall in northern Kosovo early on Sunday, hours before Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic was due to hold an election rally there, police said.

Although the government and the largest part of the opposition continue to emphasize that Serbia will not recognize Kosovo independence, and PM Aleksandar Vučić is preparing to visit the southern province on Sunday, the Kosovo issue doesn’t have such importance in this election campaign. As estimated by the experts on politics, Kosovo issue was overshadowed by the other topics, primarily the position towards the European integration of Serbia and the promise for a "better life" of citizens.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will visit Kosovo on Sunday, April 3.

Head of the Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric made the announcement on Wednesday.

"This is big and important news for all citizens, particularly for those in Kosovo and Metohija. The prime minister will visit Kosovo and Metohija on Sunday, April 3, to meet with Trepca miners and visit Zubin Potok and Kosovska Mitrovica," Djuric told state broadcaster RTS.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will visit Kosovo in the next 20 days, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric announced during the weekend.

Vucic will visit the Serb communities both north and south of the River Ibar and speak with Serb representatives to see "what, and how, is being done and how people live," Djuric told the RTS.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said today that the building of the Niš-Priština highway should start as soon as possible, calling it "the highway of peace", since it will connect Serbs and Albanians. "It will be a highway of peace and I believe it will be the best link between Belgrade and Pristina. We invite the EBRD to help us," Vucic said in his address to the summit of the European Investment Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which is held in London.

Commenting on the statement by the Kosovo Government Minister Edita Tahiri, that the Statute of the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (A/CSM) will be drafted by Pristina and not Serbia, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić stated that he wonders whether the representatives of the two delegations were at the same meeting. However, he believes that Brussels officials know how to assess who speaks the truth. "For me regional stability is more important than cheap political points," said Vučić.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met today in Belgrade with the Nato Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Philip M. Breedlove, and expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with KFOR, whereas Breedlove thanked Vucic for efforts invested in preserving stability in the Western Balkans which is a precondition for economic and any other progress.
