Positions from Chapter 35 are subject to the correction (RTS)

Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic said that he is convinced that amendment on particular positions related to the negotiation chapter 35, which became public, are subject to the correction. "We heard one side, but didn’t hear the other. Germany and United Kingdom are serious countries, as well our neighbour Croatia, and I think that it is realistic to withdraw the amendment. There is such a possibility, given the seriousness and responsibility of Serbia," said Selakovic.

Ski Resorts of Serbia seek international arbitration (RTS)

Ski Resorts of Serbia, part of which is Ski Centre Brezovica, sent Isa Mustafa the announcement on the launch of the investment dispute before the international arbitration in Paris against Pristina and the decision of Kosovo government, which foresees the expropriation of property in Ski Centre Brezovica and the construction of the Tourist Centre Brezovica.

The countries that have not recognized Kosovo are facing major pressures so as to agree to the admission of Kosovo into UNESCO, Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Tuesday.

On the other hand, several big countries have already voiced their principled opposition to the non-principled stands of the leading western countries that are co-sponsoring Kosovo's UNESCO membership request, Dacic said in a live broadcast on Radio-Television of Serbia (RTS).

Activists of the movement "Self-determination", during the celebrations in Pristina, after the victory of Albania over Armenia, launched drone with the inscription "No Community".

The movement "Self-determination" strongly opposes the agreements between Belgrade and Pristina signed in August, especially the agreement on Community/Association of Serbian municipalities.

Nikolic: Prevent destruction of Serbian heritage in Kosovo (RTS)

A potential admission of Kosovo to UNESCO would mean a start of annihilation of Serbia, says Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic.

Speaking to the RTS, Nikolic said that, in his address before the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, he will point out that the Serbian heritage in Kosovo has been destroyed for years and that it is high time that ethnic Albanian institutions start caring for them.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon have agreed that "destruction of Serb cultural heritage in Kosovo would be a crime."

During their meeting in New York on Monday, Nikolic also asked for support in preventing the admission of Kosovo to UNESCO, and for protection of Serb heritage.
