Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Branimir Stojanović said that Association/Community of Serb municipalities should be established in four months, and added that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija are more than happy with the reached agreements. He stressed that a part of Kosovo Albanian political elite and community deems creation of the A/CSM as a threat, which is groundless.

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic believes that Serbia can prevent Kosovo's UNESCO membership in November by using diplomatic means and activating as many countries as possible to support its cause.

National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic met on Tuesday with Agustin Conde, rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy, as part of the preparation of the report and resolution of the Council of Europe on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija.

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that Serbia is in permanent contact with EU member states that didn’t recognize Kosovo, and that “we are aware of the pressure they are exposed to, but we expect their stand to remain unchanged”.

After the offensive on UNESCO aiming at providing a seat for Pristina in it, Kosovo Albanians have targeted five EU states that didn’t recognize Kosovo with the goal of doing so.

Political analyst Dusan Janjic commented the new round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, which is to be held today in Brussels, and said that there is a possibility for reaching a compromise and that problem could be settled.

Threatening graffiti reading ‘Death to Torbeshi’ and ‘Torbeshi plus Gorani are Shkije’ (Shkije is insulting name for Serbs), were sprayed on Monday on the house of a Bosniak family in Prizren.

Bosniak politicians did not react on this threats yet, whereas Bosniaks who are commenting the threats on social networks say that this reminds them on the period after conflict, 16 years ago, when 105 Bosniaks were killed or are still missing in Kosovo.

In ten months EULEX will end its mission and would leave Kosovo, but it is already clear that no one will complain. If there is something about which Kosovo Albanians and Serbs agree then it is about the final results of this mission and that they are very poor.

Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić stated, in the eve the new round of dialogue in Brussels, that many, including Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci, do not know what executive competencies are, and added that Serbia won’t agree on Kosovo becoming a sovereign state like Bosnia and Herzegovina. Thaci earlier stated that Kosovo won’t allow creation of the new Republic of Srpska, what prompted Serbian Prime Minister to say that “Serbia won’t agree on Kosovo becoming a sovereign state, like B&H”. “We are going to Brussels to make agreement.

Vice President of the Serbian Progressive Party Igor Mirovic said that agreement on demarcation between Montenegro and Kosovo, which is set to be signed soon, cannot have serious consequences on relations between Podgorica and Belgrade.

Mirovic said to Podgorica-based Vijesti that Serbia, which considers Kosovo as its territory, is not delighted with the agreement and that it is hard to guess whether there will be any official reactions of the Serbian Government, Beta agency reported.
