The U.S. Senate has confirmed the diplomat Greg Delawie for the position of the U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo. Delawie, from Virginia, will replace Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson, who will be ending her three-year mandate as the U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo. Greg Delawie was appointed by the U.S. President, Barack Obama by the end of March of this year. The outgoing Ambassador, Tracey Ann Jacobson has already started her farewell meetings in Kosovo. Kosovo talks: No agreement after 17 hours of negotiations (B92)

A new round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina ended without agreement after 17 hours of talks, a B92 reporter in Brussels has said. Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic told journalists that the two delegations reached no agreement on any of the four issues they discussed. Vucic said that the delegations were very close to reaching an agreement on the future Community Serb municipalities (CSM).

The director of the Serbian Government’s Media Office Milivoje Mihajlovic stated today that decision of the Kosovo parliament to reject the draft proposal on creation of the special court for Kosovo Liberation Army crimes is not the right path, and added that there is bigger possibility now for the court to be set by the United Nations or any other international organization.
