Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said on Thursday in Novo Brdo that Serbia would establish a full control over assistance that Serbian Government allocated for the Serbs in Kosovo and that it would reconsider the survival of Serbian institutions that exist only "on paper".

- Serbian institutions that chronically are functioning poorly in Kosovo and Metohija have to be tailored to the needs of our people in the southern province after 16 years - Djuric said.

Serbian Progressive Party in the Kosovo Morava region gained around 2,000 new members, said Marko Djuric in Zebince, near Novo Brdo, a member of the Main Board and the Presidium of Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), and pointed out that the SNS will participate in all elections.

The objective of SNS in elections, he points out, is victory at all levels - a victory against unemployment, victory against corruption and victory for strong institutions.

Director of the Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric says that he expects Pristina to meet its obligations on the formation of the Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) and that Belgrade has the support of the international community for such the position.

The establishment of the Community/Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) is an imperative for a success in the further normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, Director of the Office for KiM Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, adding that Belgrade would impose additional pressure and that it would step up diplomatic activity to make it happen in 2016.

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric says that negotiations with Pristina will continue in 2016 and that issues relating to the position of Serbs should be resolved in a sustainable way.

In a meeting with political representatives of Serbs in Kosovo, Djuric noted, speaking about the plans for 2016, that Serbia would strive to table the topics that Pristina had refused to discuss so far, which relate to the position of Serbs, their property, rights and quality of life.

Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Marko Djuric said in Gracanica that 2016 will be a good year that will be manifested by the cooperation between Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo. "We will do our best in order to create positive atmosphere. We will give a hand to all people, political entities and the general public with the aim to bring closer the Serbs and Albanians.

Marko Djuric says that Belgrade is demanding the full implementation of the Brussels agreements reached in talks with Pristina.

"We expect and demand full implementation of the Brussels agreements, we demand from the international community the full implementation of these agreements. Nobody asked us when that constitution (of Kosovo) was passed. We ask that the agreements are fully respected," Marko Djuric told RTS.

The agreement signed in Brussels on August 25 is the only one that is relevant to Belgrade, the head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, commenting on speculations that the Constitutional Court of Kosovo decided that the Community/Association of Serbian (ZSO) Municipalities is in accordance with the law and the Constitution.
