The leader of the Independent Liberal Party (SLS), Slobodan Petrovic confirmed for Dnevnik that the Serbian list would accept to be part of the new ruling coalition in Kosovo, while he denied that some special conditions would be placed for Hashim Thaci and Isa Mustafa. Petrovic, who has been vice president of Thaci's previous government, explains that the basis for discussion would be topics that are on the table from day one - the issue of return, the formation of the ZSO, privatization, SPC and economic status of the Serbian community.

The latest coalition of Kosovar Albanians – the PDK and the LDK, of Hashim Thaci and Isa Mustafa has not yet started formal negotiations on the composition of the new government of Kosovo with representatives of the Kosovo Serbs, said to Danas, the presidents of the Serbian List and the Progressive Democratic Party (PDS) Aleksandar Jablanovic and Nenad Rasic.

Political analyst Dusan Janjic said that the new Kosovo government would be stable, because the opposition is divided, and that the Serbs in it would have fewer seats than before, and that they should be happy if they had a minister and vice president.

Janjic said in an interview for weekly NIN that Serbs did not understand what had happened during several months of formation of the government institutions in Kosovo and that some in Belgrade and Kosovo miscalculated that they would be decisive partner in political arrangements.

Pristina Mayor and Vetevendosje deputy leader Shpend Ahmeti criticizes the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) leader Isa Mustafa over his remarks for including the Serbian List in the new government. “Based on what I am reading, it is more important to include Vucic’s Serbian List than Vetevendosje in the new government. After everything that has happened in Kosovo, please do not try to convince us that this is the European path and that this is democracy,” Ahmeti writes on his Facebook account.

Director of the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanovic said that participation of the Serbian List in Kosovo Government is not in dispute, as opposed to the participation of other parties who do not have consent of the official Belgrade nor the international factor which is very important.

Jablanovic says that without the will of the international factors that largely finance the political process in Kosovo, there is no luck for the future government, reports Beta.

According to him, Self-Determination remains unacceptable for the Serbian list.

Aleksandar Jablanovic, leader of the Serbian List, stated that Serb Association of Municipalities (ASK) will be established immediately after the creation of the new Government of Kosovo and added that the association will have serious competencies.

Serbian List has acted as an independent political entity in deciding to cooperate only with non-Albanian parties and wants to establish a coalition bloc with them, said head of the List, Aleksandar Jablanovic. "This bloc will consist of twenty MPs that will make an important political force and will represent interests of minorities which are, in some areas, different to those of the majority Albanian population", Jablanovic was quoted by Serbian news agency Beta.

President of the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanovic says that the list acts independently as an independent political actor in the Assembly of Kosovo and cooperates only with the non-Albanian parties, and wants to create a block with them.

"This is primarily Bosniaks, Ashkali, Gorani, Roma, Egyptians," said Jablanovic and added "with them it will be a block in the Assembly with twenty deputies and will constitute a relevant political force that will represent the citizens whose interests in some parts are a little different from the majority of the Albanian people."

While Pristina awaits the government, the Serbian side writes Statute of the Community of Serbian municipalities and is close to the draft, which should be presented to Brussels. To continue political dialogue, however, the other side is needed.

Deputies of the coalition gathered around the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), today will continue inaugural session of the Assembly of Kosovo, but deputies of the Serbian list will not be present.

Their attitude is that they will participate in those sessions for which they will receive a regular call from the official authority, while today's session was announced by certain party leaders.
