The Serbian list defends Jablanovic (RTS)

The Serbian list assessed the statement of deputy in the Assembly of Kosovo, Nenad Rasic as frivolous and "shameful", that the current Minister of Returns and Communities Aleksandar Jablanovic should resign on moral grounds.

"It is frivolous, shameful and utterly unacceptable that those who had no shred of morality when they were part of the Government of Kosovo speak about what kind of moral act should do some of the current Ministers," the statement said, submitted to Tanjug.

Thaci in Macedonia, promises crossing of the border with IDs (Koha)

Hashim Thaci, Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, is visiting Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, where he initially met with his counterpart, Nikola Poposki. According to the FYROM electronic media, the two ministers discussed the possibilities for further bilateral and regional cooperation. It is also understood that they discussed the possibility for the populations of the two countries to cross the borders only with their identity cards. Government backs down, changes the changed bill for Trepca (Koha Online)

The Government of Kosovo held its seventh meeting today, where it approved the Draft Law for Amendment and Change of the Law on Reorganization and Change of Certain Enterprises and Their Property.

The purpose of this bill is to improve the timeliness for the reorganization of certain enterprises under the administration of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo, for the purpose of rehabilitation of these enterprises and the return of their sustainability as profitable and beneficial businesses to the economy of Kosovo.

Serbian MPs left the session of the Assembly (KiM radio)

Serbian MPs and Ministers in Kosovo Assembly left the session of the parliament, dissatisfied with the rejection of their amendments for the draft budget for 2015.

Parliamentary Committee for the Budget and Finances, after the general discussion on budget, didn’t adopt amendments of the Serbian MPs to increase the budget for returns, Ministry of Local self-governance, four municipalities in the north and municipalities Partes, Pasjane and Klokot in southern Kosovo.

SLS supports Kostic’s candidacy for Gracanica Mayor (Blic)

President of the Independent Liberal Party (SLS) Slobodan Petrovic said that with the support to Vladeta Kostic, Serbian candidate for mayor of Gracanica, this party wanted to take part of the responsibility for the implementation of obligations towards the citizens. “The next mayor of Gracanica should be at the service of all its residents,” said Petrovic and explained that SLS is already in coalition with the Serbian List.

Jablanovic said he gave and signed the oath as member of the Kosovo Parliament and that he resigned from his post as member of the Serbian Parliament. “I resigned [from the Serbian Parliament] several hours before entering the premises of the Kosovo Parliament.
