I am aware of the pressures Serbs are experiencing from Serbia's parallel structures in Kosovo, one of which is the Serbian List, but the Serb community in Kosovo should gain strength and rebuild behind the more moderate Serb parties and politicians in Kosovo, Self-determination leader Albin Kurti said in an interview with Belgrade based weekly NIN.
Three parties and one coalition representing the Kosovo Serb community have registered to participate in the upcoming early parliamentary elections in Kosovo. Four electoral lists of Serbian political entities have a total of 50 candidates. One of the three parties that submitted a list of 13 MP candidates is the Kosovo Serb party with the longest experience on the Kosovo political scene – the Independent Liberal Party (Samostalna Liberalna Stranka – SLS).

KIM radio reported that Sladjana Djokic from Caglavica, a long-time employee of the Pristina Clinical Hospital Centre, received a decision on her suspension on Tuesday. Djokic claimed that the director of the institution, Bratislav Lazic, made the decision because of her daughter’s political involvement.
“Srpska Lista is a force that brings together our people in Kosovo and Metohija and does not need to use any dirty tricks to regain the trust of voters, which was repeatedly confirmed,” SL said reacting to the Independent Liberal Party (SLS) leader Slobodan Petrovic’s statement about the pressure exerted on opponents of Srpska Lista, Radio Mitrovica sever reports.
