The international community has no more carrots it can offer to Belgrade and Pristina, while the Special Court for KLA crimes would be the pressure to move the dialogue ahead, Nebojsa Covic told Prva TV.
Former head of the Coordination Centre for Kosovo and Metohija, Covic added that regardless to the number of murdered witnesses, NATO and KFOR have voluminous sufficient to prosecute KLA crimes.

Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin wrote a letter to his counterparts in 53 states asking them to prevent Kosovo from forming its army, TV N1 reports.
A statement from his office said Vulin sent those letters "so that no one could claim one day they did not know what was happening in Kosovo.”
