The Department of Serious Crimes of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica expressed readiness to provide information to the Belgrade Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime regarding the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, reports Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
The fact that Ramush Haradinaj has received citizenship of Albania is not essential to the process in Colmar, said Ministry of Justice to RTS, explaining that Haradinaj cannot be sent to Albania only because he acquired the citizenship of that country, because it is not a basis for seeking his extradition.
The Court of Appeal in Colmar after two delays will announce tomorrow the decision on Serbia's request for the extradition of Ramush Haradinaj.
