Beqiri: Mustafa’s government, the most successful (Kallxo.com)

Ismet Beqiri, head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), assessed Isa Mustafa’s government as the most successful one after the war. Beqiri said that opposition has a parliamentary power of 30 votes, and stated that LDK would vote against the motion. “Motion with unsustainable data and untruth attributed to this government and Assembly,” Beqiri said. He also spoke about partnership with the United States of America.

During the Assembly debate on the no-confidence motion for the government, head of the Vetevendosje movement parliamentary group, Glauk Konjufca, counted some of what he called failures of the government of Kosovo, with Isa Mustafa as Prime Minister.

According to Konjufca,  Mustafa became Prime Minister with the agreement which made Hashim Thaci President, a few months after Mustafa held campaign against him.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, left the Assembly session after listening to the speeches of the heads of PDK and LDK parliamentary groups.

During the speech of the head of Vetevendosje movement parliamentary group, Glauk Konjufca, Mustafa left the session, however it is not known if the MPs and Ministers from his party, would leave as well.

Mustafa: No-confidence motion, “political pamphlet”

Before the voting of the co-confidence motion sponsored by the opposition parties, Prime Minister of Kosovo Isa Mustafa said it was a “political pamphlet” containing false arguments. “The motion is aimed at destabilizing the country by fuelling mistrust with the institutions and creating an institutional vacuum to hide corrupt affairs,” he said in his speech before the Assembly members. Facts are different, he said and went on to list achievements which he said were reached during his government’s mandate.
