“Trump’s letter casts all doubts away” (BETA, Danas)

Letter of Donald Trump sent to Hashim Thaci unequivocally shows there is a secret diplomacy held behind the scenes, leading towards resolution of the Kosovo issue, BETA news agency reports.

These remarks were made by the leader of Peoples’ Party Vuk Jeremic.

“If anyone had any dilemma whether it is true that things behind the scenes are being hastily brought to an end, this letter casts all doubts away,” Jeremic wrote on Twitter.

"Dialogue only if Pristina withdraws unreasonable decisions" (Tanjug, B92)

The only way for the dialogue on normalization of relations to continue is if Pristina withdraws its extremely unreasonable decisions. President Aleksandar Vucic said this in Brussels on Wednesday, in a conversation with President of the European Council Donald Tusk.

Vucic talked with Tusk about the situation in the region, Pristina's unlawful measures, and Serbia's EU integration, and on that occasion stressed that the only way to continue the dialogue is for Pristina to revoke its "extremely unreasonable decisions."

Dialogue only way to normalize relations, US diplomat tells Serbian President (BETA, TV N1)

US Assistant Secretary of State Wess Mitchel told Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that the dialogue is the only way to normalize Belgrade-Pristina relations, the Serbian President’s cabinet said in a press release on Tuesday.

Speaking in a telephone conversation, Mitchel said that the crucial thing is to overcome tensions.

The press release added that they discussed the situation in the region, especially Belgrade-Pristina relations.

Patriarch Irinej supports Vucic: Kosovo army directed against Kosovo Serbs (KoSSev)

Serbian Orthodox Church Patriarch Irinej issued a statement on Kosovo army, KoSSev portal reports. The statement can be read below:

“The Serbian Orthodox Church has no doubt that this army is exclusively directed against the Serbian people who boldly practice their faith in Kosovo and Metohija and are proud of the Serbian name. We also know that the formation of this army is also directed against the ancient Serbian Orthodox sanctities in Kosovo and Metohija, which the enemies of the Church of God intend to destroy or, at least, take away.

President Vucic: Fear for future (B92, Serbian Government)

According to the text of his address at the Council published by the Serbian Government, Aleksandar Vucic said that he was worried and afraid for the future not only of the Serb people and Serbia, but the entire region.

Vucic warned about Pristina's efforts to impose legal and political violence, economic pressure and unilateral moves, such as imposing taxes and forming the so-called Kosovo army, creating a new situation on the ground and extorting recognition from Serbia.

Aleksandar Vucic has told Voice of America (VOA) that he was pleased with the results of Monday's UN Security Council session. The session was called to discuss Pristina's decision to start forming an army in Kosovo - a move Serbia strongly opposes.

The Serbian president told VOA that Serbia has "informed everyone about the situation in Kosovo."

In his address, he informed the Security Council that Serbia fulfilled all the obligations from the Brussels Agreement, while, as he said, "Pristina did not fulfill anything."

Jeremic: Vucic and Thaci agreed on army (Danas, RTV Kursumlija, FoNet)

Leader of Peoples’ Party Vuk Jeremic told RTV Kursumlija that forming of “Kosovo army” is scandalous, and the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic bears a great proportion of the blame for it, since, according to Jeremic, Vucic agreed with Thaci on the army, on November 4, in Rome, “in the EU Mission in Vatican.”

“This is a grand treason, Vucic must be held responsible for,” Jeremic said, adding “Srpska Lista would bring the Kosovo Government down, if this is not true.”

Laws are expected to be adopted in Pristina on Friday that would allow the formation of the "army" of Kosovo. Vucic travels to the Ground Security Zone.

All media in Belgrade, but also in Pristina, marked today as "D-Day" for the formation an army in Kosovo. Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is already in uniform.

Vulin: Vucic informed, army ready (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian Minster of Defence, Aleksandar Vulin said the situation in Kosovo and Metohija is assessed, while President Aleksandar Vucic is informed about every detail, Tanjug news agency reported.

Vulin added that the President is very much concerned and worried over everything that is happening on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, and that he would make decisions based on immediate insight into what happens there.
