Kosovo government approves draft-law on interception (RTKLive)
The government of Kosovo, during its regular meeting on Friday approved the Draft Law on Interception of Telecommunications. This Law regulates the procedures and requirements on the interception of telecommunications done for the needs of criminal procedures by state institutions established by law. The law specifies the rules, obligations and procedures for Network Operators and Service Providers in relation to the processing of certain data.
