Serbian national broadcaster RTS reports today that although it was officially stated there were no traces of poison in the blood of the Central Election Commission members who were in touch with election envelops from central Serbia, Kosovo prosecution announced it would continue investigation of this case abroad.

Representative of the Kosovo prosecution Artan Grantoli said the samples were already sent for examination to the laboratory outside Kosovo. He did not specify where it was, adding the public would be informed about the results.

Director of the Infective Diseases Clinic in Pristina Lindita Ajazaj-Berisha said the analysis showed there were no symptoms of poisoning present among the members of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Serbian media report.

Speaking at a press conference, Ajazaj-Berisha said that 12 patients currently staying in that clinic do not have infective syndrome.

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric says that it is "terribly" important for the Serbs to be united around the Serbian List in Kosovo elections.

Djuric states that the deceased Oliver Ivanovic's party CI SDP decided to join the Serbian List in order to support their country, and strongly condemned the pressure on Ksenija Bozovic due to such decision.

In late 2004, a donkey was brought before Kosovo’s government building, and on it a banner reading “vote for me.” Three youngsters were leading the compliant donkey closer and closer to the building. There they would later express their severe opposition towards local politicians, as well as the first articulated form of opposition against the international community stationed in Kosovo.

Quoting Albanian-language portal Lajmi.net, KosSev reported that repeated counting of ballot papers from 117 ballot boxes has caused some changes related to the expectations as to who will seat at the Kosovo Assembly.

Lajmi.net learned out that in regards to Srpska Lista, previous official results noted that Slavko Simic did not manage to secure enough votes to become an MP, however, following the repeated counting Simic will be an MP, at the Kosovo Assembly, leaving behind Branimir Stojanovic.

Leader of a political party Civic Initiative Srpska Lista, Slavko Simic stated yesterday that Election Appeals and Complaints Commission accepted 6 out of 7 complaints from the party related to the results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections in Kosovo, Beta agency reported.

“The Srpska Lista submitted 7 complaints, and the Commission made positive decisions on 6 of them,” Simic stated, adding that individual candidates from the list submitted 4 more complaints.
