There's no better time to solve Kosovo problem – PM Dacic (Tanjug, B92)

The situation is currently such that we have a good opportunity to solve the issue of Kosovo and Metohija with a compromise, Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said.

Dacic also pointed out that he "does not know whether and when there will be a better opportunity."

Dragan Djukanovic said visiting the RTS News that a more serious continuation of the dialogue will not happen until the adoption of the final version of the ZSO Statute.

Srpska Lista does not believe Pristina would establish ZSO (RTS)

One day prior to deadline to draft the Statue of the Association/Community of Serb-Majority Municipalities (ZSO), Srpska Lista does not believe Pristina would establish it, RTS reported.

Management Team members stated draft statute would be ready within a given deadline and they remain ready, at any moment, at Brussels request to present the text to the implementation councils and participants of a high-level dialogue, RTS added.

Srpska Lista MP, Igor Simic told RTS, Management Team worked hard to prepare the draft statute.

Balkan could gain "much more important place" (RTRS, B92)

Steve Bannon thinks that the Balkans could gain a much more important place on the world stage in the new geostrategic environment.

Dusan Janjic: Division of Kosovo leads toward possibility of war (Danas, FoNet, RTV)

Serbian politicians do not understand Kosovo Serbs, they do not understand what division would mean in practice, and it would mean increasing possibility for a conflict, Director of Interethnic Relations Forum Dusan Janjic told Danas daily.

“This is not a simple thing. Serbs from the north have their suitcases packed already since they know it very well, clashes occur when territories are divided or changed,” Janjic said.

He added implementation of the wish for division of the exchange (of territories) of the Serbian authorities in fact is not realistic.

USA administration is ready to offer support to Serbia in finding a compromise solution for Kosovo issue, and that is very positive for Serbia at this moment, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told Tanjug news agency.

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic hosted a ceremony at the US Congress in Washington on Wednesday, the Serbian government announced.

The ceremony was held to mark the anniversary of the 100th anniversary of raising the Serbian flag in front of the White House.

The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic and numerous guests from political and public life.
