Djilas says situation bad for Kosovo Serbs who don’t support Vucic (N1, Beta)

Serbian opposition leader Dragan Djilas said during his visit to Kosovo that he understands what local Serbs have to go through if they don’t support President Aleksandar Vucic.

“After the organized verbal assault and insults by local bullies, I realized once again what people living in Kosovo go through if they don’t support Aleksandar Vucic,” Djilas told Belgrade daily Danas. The Alliance for Serbia founder visited Kosovo on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Srpska Lista MPs have been in the Kosovo Assembly since yesterday waiting for the arrival of European Commissioner Johannes Hahn in order to inform him about Pristina’s „anti-Serb moves“ that are leading toward „a humanitarian catastrophe“ of the Serbian people in Kosovo.

They are protesting against the 100% custom taxes imposed on Serbian products arriving into Kosovo. Hahn does not have an officially scheduled meeting with them.

Jaksic for referendum on Kosovo, but in fair conditions (KIM radio)

Citizens of Serbia to declare on Kosovo in a referendum might be the right solution if it takes place under fair conditions, says Marko Jaksic for RTV KiM, a member of the Presidency of the Movement of Serbs from Kosovo "Fatherland".

Jaksic thinks it's time for the Serbs to say whether they prefer the EU or to preserve Kosovo in Serbia. He notes that he personally opposes any division of Kosovo.

During his visit to Moscow, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic while talking to the Russian journalists “said the number of untruths” and “two are noticeable” an opposition Fatherland (Otadzbina) Movement said, KoSSev portal reported.

The first one is that “during his authority Serbs have returned to Kosovo and Metohija.” Not only that the Serbs have not returned, but even those who have stayed are massively departing, Fatherland Movement further said.
